Answer» I just purchased Office 2003 and am TRYING to export my EMAILS and contacts from Outlook 2000 to 2003. I have the file saved as a .pdf but when I try the import/export option I get an error telling me that I do not have the permission the acces the files??? Any clues???Are you logged in as Admin?Yes I am???Go to Tools->Options and MAINTENANCE tab. Click on Store Folder and find where all your messages are stored. Usually sth like: E:\DOCUMENTS and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{19FDE88A-7693-43E7-8FFF-0C747678CEE0}\Microsoft\Outlook Express Then Open Outlook 2003 and from File menu choose Import and Import that folder to Outlook 2003.
