Answer» I have a Lap top Toshiba Satellite U505-S2925BN with VISTA installed on it, no built in Blue tooth, I have connected an external one which has no name on it, and no driver. Any time I connect the DEVICE I get, WINDOWS need to install driver software for your bluetooth with 3 options 1-Locate and install 2-Ask me next time 3- Don't show this message clicking option (1), shows installing device driver software with an other 2 options a- insert the disc, or b- I don't have the disc I clicked in option (b) I got finally windows was unable to install your Blue tooth device Any help will be appreciated If there is any of Vi$TA's main OS functions that shine its the Device Manager! I think you probably should post back with information on the Bluetooth device you are trying to use. Post the make, MODEL, and version information. I'm sure the company site can be found and drivers downloaded using that info.
