1.	Solve : external hard drives?
Answer» Can't transfer files from my external HARD drive to my computer. A window appears with "I:\ is not ACCESSIBLE. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." Cable connections are done CORRECTLY. What must I do? THANKS. canidoitIs this an external USB drive? Have you tried shutting down the computer...unplugging the external USB drive...turn the computer BACK on and then re-attaching the drive after the computer fully boots?
