WIN10 natively can open ISO files - right click the ISO file and choose Open With > Windows Explorer.
that will mount it as a virtual CD unit and you can do whatever you want with it's contents; run the setup.exe, copy/paste files etc.
The best way to do this is use a clean formatted USB stik and the Free Media Creator Tool at the MS site...Other option available also, using the same tool that Patio stated, is to burn a bootable Windows 10 disc if you don't have a USB stick large ENOUGH available. And install off of that DVD-R if this is an installation your trying to accomplish.
