Solve : factory settings..help..? |

Answer» hi,ive got a acer laptop 1690...ive had it for about a year..whenever i WANTED to FORMAT it i went into acer management and clicked "TAKE computer back to factory settings"...but for some reason i cant do that now..i get the option but when i click on it it just boots up to win xp ...there was no PROBLEM the last time i tried it..now i have to use my BACKUP discs to get it back to factory setting...could someone tell me why this is...by the way i'm new to pc....kind regards theted |
