A friend of mine has been sold a fake copy of Windows XP. The soft ware STORE from where he bought this fake copy has denied having sold this copy to him.  The software bill has no serial number of the copy of Windows XP stated. He now has bought another copy of windows XP and now needs to install the same.

How does he do this? He wants to get rid of the fake copy and install the genuine copy.
 
oo theres someone that works for the fbi or police or something here not shure which though just install the genuine copy like he did the fake copyI tied to install the genuine copy but how do I get rid of the fake one.
