Solve : File Folder Problem.?

[size=14]Okay... I did something wrong, well, My friend did anyways.
He was switching folder ICONS and stuff and accidentally remove a action called "Open" from File Folder in the Folder Options menu.
When I try to create a new action, I don't know which program I should open.
Can anybody help me?  :-?

It probably can be fixed, but isn't it just easier to try this first?Can you describe what he did, step by step, that lead to the problem?
