Answer» Why would a directory containing certain Excel and WORD DOCS be moved to ANOTHER directory on my server? It's not being erased, just seems to move to another directory indiscriminately.Files dont normally move on their own. Do you have multiple users who have privileges to the data LOCATION to move it? The most common issue with MS Office is default save LOCATIONS, so I would look into your properties on MS Office to see if the default location is where the data is moving enexpectedly
