1.	Solve : Flash Player Plugin install conundrum, please stop me screaming!?
Answer» Hi all, it's been a long time! I have Avast! Free and when I run it's Software Updater it tells me to update, AMONG other things, Flash Player ActiveX and Flash Player Plugin ....................... neither will work! I DOWNLOAD the programme but when I GO to install it nothing happens! If I re-try I get a MESSAGE telling me "Only a single instance of this APPLICATION can run", what's going on? I'm using Firefox 26.0 and Vista Home Premium SP2. Can anyone shed any light on this? Many thanks, Slime.
