When open some web page, they freezed.
I then open Windows TASK Manager and found FlashPlayerPlugin_22_0_0_209.exe was running.
If I stoped the flash by select FlashPlayerPlugin_22_0_0_209.exe and clicked the End Process button in the  Windows Task Manager, the web page can work again. However,

very quickly,  the FlashPlayerPlugin_22_0_0_209.exe will run again and the web page freezed again.
What I can do?

Yes, I tried both iexplore and firefox and got the same problem!23.0.0.162 is the latest version.  I suggest you go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer.html and get the latest version. After I downloaded and installed the new FlashPlayer version, it was working fine. However, today, when open some webpages, they freezed again.
I then open Windows Task Manager and found no FlashPlayer was running. After quite a long time, the old version FlashPlayerPlugin_22_0_0_209.exe started to run and the webpages started to work!
Is this means some webpages need the old FlashPlayer version while some webpages need the new FlashPlayer version?

Try to see can be a problem from the browser
