Solve : floppy disk drive?

Answer» my new computer DIDNT come with a floppy disk drive but it came with the slots to install the A drive so i wasnt bothered. i recently bought a new A drive and its not being read by my com or even reading the floppy disk as the light on the drive isnt lighting up. im SURE all the cales r in CORRECT. any help is appreciated!! do i need to download anyhting to read the drive CHEERS!!!think_different.....Is the new floppy drive being seen by the bios ? Have a look let us know dl65 I am having the same problem - I am sure all cables are connected - no light - enabled in set up - HELP!!!! Have Shuttle Intel Mother BOARD - Epson internal floppy drive.
