Answer» I have windows XP and I was wondering if anyone knew of a codec or SOMETHING that would allow my computer to read Chinese and Japanese characters? I have a LOT of files that have oriental names and they just APPEAR as boxes since my system can't read them- in the media PLAYER and on MSN for example. Does anyone know of how I could get something so my computer can read these? Thank you!Go to Windows update page, and check on the updates for the computer (the non-express).
