A very strange thing.....My computer works good with XP (32bit) , but.....If I DOWNLOAD anything....The box that tells me to "run or save" what I have downloaded  is in a foreign language....Everything else is in English...Not even sure of the language....Its Russian  I think. Does it happen only on this particular website?Warez ? ?Yes, The computer was owned by another (I don't know who) , but It happens with the foreign language only in the download "run or save" box. It is a dell 2400 & I re-installed xp with the reg numbers on the case from the hard drive. It RUNS everything else just fine....ThanksThe re-install should have gotten rid of the language pack so that's not it...
What Exactly does it say on the Win CD ? ?If as has been asked it is applicable to all the instances of DOWNLOADS that this occurs (as opposed to with only one specific download) then it is related to either previous users operating system INSTALLATION or your own operating system installation. You mentioned a reinstall of the xp operating system. Exactly what was used to do that? truenorth
