Yes it connects I also went to appropriate FOLDER it is not ALLOWING me to make new folder and also upload file however my friend can upload files viaa samee proceduree and even USING normal internet explorer upload So, you and your friend have access to the same server. Is that right? Are you supposed to have the same access rights as your friend? Is your friend using the same FTP client as you? Have you compared FTP settings with your friend? Does the hosting service provide some tech support via phone or email or a support forum?
