Answer» bought a new camera, checked out the cameras website for trouble shooting, UPDATED SOFTWARE to work on VISTA still.. when i CONNECT the camera to PC it says CAN NOT OPEN DEVICE! and autoplay opens to download pictures, i click that anyway and it says no pictures on device... HELP ME PLEASE! my memory card is FULL. and there ARE PICS ON CAMERA.......any ideas!???I'd get a xD card reader and MANUALLY copy them off. It's faster and doesn't require Fuji's software to do so. As for the software, hard to say. TRY different USB ports (even the ones in the back of the computer) or try reinstalling the software.
