I tried to replace inside power supply board didnt help at all..?

is maybe the motherboard fried and or the bios corrupted maybe..?

after REBOOTING 10-12 times it finally will boot up into Windows.

or lastly is it maybe the exteranl power supply.

tried to boot, fans come on, you can hear the hard drive start,  some times a some flicker on the lcd then nothing

if i rebooted a lot it will finally boot into windows but 99% of the time it has No PostI don't REALLY have any suggestions other than trying this HD on another computer (Master/slave) and see if it's a problem with the Hardware or Hard Drive. Quote

Have you tried another PSU by CHANCE ? ?i tried a new internal power supply board and that didnt help,

i dont have an external power supply brick unit to try as of YET because it has a real strange plug

I still don't understand....is this a laptop ? ?Gateway Profile 4

All-in-one PCWell that WOULD qualify as a laptop since that design used laptop components otherwise it wouldn't fit ...
What exactly did you replace and why ? ?
