Solve : Getting 'Serious' errors-Windows 7?

Hello, I'm trying to smile - but when it's my computer, I freak!

   The past 2 weeks I've been getting various error messages, but since the computer continued to
work just fine, I took my time and worked ONE hour a day to BACK up everything except programs.

I did 'System Restore' three times with no help.  And of coarse I've checked all the drivers.

Now I just read it's time to reload it back to factory settings. 

Here's my question:  when everything is down and I insert a disc, which is it?  I have 2 disc's.

a) One says "Reinstallation DVD Windows 7 HOME Premium SP 1 64-Bit
b) The other says "Drivers and Utilities" already installed your computer"
