my computer got 2 accounts (admin and user)
the admin restrict user account to install any software.
but I have a ghost32 software always cannot run under user account althought admin already given the full contro right for this software.
anybody know why this happend, only this ghost32 software.
thanks.are you referring on how to use norton ghost?No need to install them, just use ms dos.Ghost needs full access to SYSTEM files to do what it does.
This will not happen on a User account.

i use this utility for CLONE/image my USB storage device, part of my job
but recently my company do something on my notebook, they doesn't allow us to do any installation.
My problem now is, althought the admin OPEN the full control for me on this ghost32 utility, but i STILL cannot run it. (right click>properties>security)
He also doesn't know why.
Using his method, other software can run without problem, just this ghost32.Again you need to be logged in as Administrator on that machine for Ghost to function properly.
If this is part of your job description explain to the IT dude what you would like to do...
He will know how to set this up if you are given permission to do this.

This is probably a security measure. If i ran a business i certainly wouldn't want just anyone to be able to clone anything at all while at work.
