Yes. Good and mostly FREE partition managers.

There really are some out there.

ONE popular one is EASUS HOME version, which is free.

Now here is one you may not have heard MUCH about:
Gnome Partition Editor
The GParted application is the GNOME partition editor for creating, reorganizing, and deleting disk partitions.
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

I have used both and recommend them. But both are not for the novice, unless you learn real fast.

What is your FAVORITE? Why?   Paragon also has a Free one as well...
I use mostly Easus and GParted when the situation dictates it...
