There really are some out there.
ONE popular one is EASUS HOME version, which is free. http://easus-partition-master.en.softonic.com/
Now here is one you may not have heard MUCH about: Gnome Partition Editor The GParted application is the GNOME partition editor for creating, reorganizing, and deleting disk partitions. http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
I have used both and recommend them. But both are not for the novice, unless you learn real fast.
What is your FAVORITE? Why? Paragon also has a Free one as well... I use mostly Easus and GParted when the situation dictates it...
