If not, try that (jam on the F8 key when your computer is starting, then select "Safe Mode"), then ROLL back your video DRIVER: Start -> Control PANEL -> System -> Device Manager (upper-left hand corner). Display Adapters -> whatever the name of your video card is (double-click) -> Driver tab -> Roll back driver -> reboot.
