Solve : hard drive error for booting window?

hi all,
I have a problem for my FRIEND PC.
When she OPEN pc,"Boot from CD,pls insert a system disk " error occur.
So she insert a window cd to Cd drive and window is  setting  up the files.
And then the technical information message occur with  the blue screen
"Check For virus and newly installed hard drive and hard drive
controller and Run Check disk command"
Before this case ,someone switch the power  off DIRECTLY without shut down the computer.
what should i do any more?

Pc/operating system details and blue screen stop code please?

i think the problem with your friends pc is either your memory is malfunctioning, try to dismount your memory from your mother board them mount it again. then try reinstalling your system software, if the error occurs again try to replace your installer cd, if it is still have error, try to replace your cd/dvd rom. pls reply to me if its SOLVE the problem.
