Answer» I've been having a number of AUDIO PROBLEMS lately - skipping, getting stuck on a sound for half a second, etc. I did some google work on the problem, downloaded LatencyMon, and found that the culprits are high DPC times for ndis.sys and a LARGE number of hard page faults for svchost.exe. I haven't installed any new hardware lately, so I'm not sure what COULD be CAUSING this problem, which only surfaced in the last month in a computer that's been working great since I put it together in December. Also, I'm a bit out of my depth when it comes to things like DPC times and hard page faults, so I've kind of run into a brick wall in the google solutions department. Any help would be much appreciated.Did you make any changes to the computer right before this started? Have you updated your network adapter driver? Have you run the system file checker?
