I am Mike new to this forum and like to INDULGE my self in SECURITY related discussion.I am very keen to know that how can I SECURE my data,EVEN if I format my hard drive but my data stays secured,

Impossible. The only WAY to keep the data after you format is if you back it up on another drive/device.
