Hi I have bought the above online & downloaded the software to install & done various restarts & also used Nortons unistall tool/software, (carried out restart) but I still cant install the new key code & activate the software . I have normal windows browser & running & windows vista home premium with 32bit O/S.

I think the problem maybe that I have PREVIOUSLY had Nortons INTERNET security installed which expired. (see below)?

Now the product I PURCHASED is a combined package of Nortons internet security & antivirus. when I enter the new key code it either SAYS invalid (when I CLICK the activate button) or I get a message 'cant connect to symantec server'

I also have Immunet Ghost installed to try & keep safe until I can get the Nortons installed
