Answer» Hello. I've been having some problems with my computer. Every time i play a video and close the tab, my screen crashes into a blurry black/grey mass. Any idea what the problem might be? (Computer is a HP EliteOne I5)is it always the same video or any video? what is the software you are USING to watch the video? have you TRIED changing the software, like a different BROWSER or MEDIA player?
