When I tried to uninstall it to reinstall it again in the add/or remove window, I get: could not open INSTALL. log file. I might have lost some program files with Ccleaner? Heh, I guess you were paying better attention than I was. quenna20, What is the exact file that they sent you? Was it SEMDuser.fdb? If so, did you place it in the C:\Program Files\SEMD60 folder?

Possible but doubtful - possible that CC cleaned out the old log files, I guess.

Sounds like you are in contact with the program's developer - I'd pursue the ISSUE with them unless you think that you have some underlying hardware/OS problem

What is the exact file that they sent you? Was it SEMDuser.fdb? If so, did you place it in the C:\Program Files\SEMD60 folder?
