Solve : Help i cant delete some file in Win ME?

my friend sent something to me but i cant opne it and also deleted it
he say that was a chinese word and my Win ME cant support Win XP chinese word...
how to delete it?

Any body know?  :-?Try KillBox.  It's listed in the software FAQ.  Follow the link in my signature.have any others way to delete / read it?
i think i cant delete/read it is becouse of the NAME of that file
so have any way to change the name of the file
install and uninstall software might be effect my windows perfomance

any more questions??Well i have Acronis and i've also used Killbox... my bet is if KillBox can't delete it Acronis shredder won't have much luck...Killbox can delete it, it's the EBCAK bug that's causing the PROBLEM. Quote

I THOUGHT Norton's found a fix for that...ok guys,
i have no doubts u all do no ur job very well.
As far as i haven't used killbox at all, i ve suggested the one i know.
my point is Acronis should work for u well enough.
the only con for Acronis is 30 $.
if it's too much for u then u can download any free/trial.beta version (they can be found in google search)
