Answer» hi i am using bluestacks on my laptop windows 7 from 1 year and today i download a unknown app on it after i click open and my pc hang. i restart it and after that i click on my bluestacks and it is not opening and showing error of " HD-Startlauncher.exe-CORRUPT file and BlueStacksUsers.log is corrupt and UNREADABLE please RUN the Chkdsk utility. " i also attach the photo of that error. please reply me the solution i don't WANT to loss my bluestack data. Thanks. [attachment DELETED by admin to conserve space]
