You'll find the Import and Export command on the File MENU of IE. For an AOL address book, I'm not sure. I'd search for an export feature and see what options it gives you for exporting. If it shows .CSV file as an OPTION, that should work. Now, there might be a better option; I can't say since I don't use AOL.
