Is there a way I COULD locate who is using my modem? I can just CALL the ISP to terminate my subscription but I want to catch the thief first!! Short answer...NO.

And i BELIEVE you worded it PROPERLY...was your modem physically stolen ? ?...or is someone just STEALING your bandwidth ? ?
2 different things.There is no way to locate your modem.
