Solve : help needed!!?

my wifes computer just went BLUE I took out everything including ram and reset them
did the memory test left one in and have no results. What I get when I turn on the computer is a blue screen but it does not stay long enough for me to read.  Even trying f8, but it seems not to respond to key board. I'm even trying to move arrows but no respond when asked which mode to use, key board is fine Im using it now on another computer
It seems to go as far as the xp logo then it goes into blue screen
pentium 4  windows xp pro  4 sticks of 128  ge force cardhave you tried reinstalling windows??yes I tried rebooting to no response
 it will sound as if its going to reboot then it stopsTry using a PS/2 keyboard to get into safe mode.I get no response when I try the keyboard 
keys are not responding
the computer goes into the same mode over and over starting up blue screen then starting againDoes this screen say anything?the blue screen does not stay long enough to read
when it goes to the screen that says windows was not properly shut down it gives options on which mode to start  but I get no response from the keyboard to enter my optioncan you boot to a cd?  Try repairing windows, if nothing else maybe a system restore?Ok guys thanks  for your help I narrowed it down to HARD disk problems went and got a new one and presto !! Now I have to find out if I can retrieved any info on this hard drive  but I doubt it

Hook it up as a slave drive on the machine you have and see if you can access the data thru Windows Explorer....(not Internet Explorer)

If so simply COPY the data to the new drive.
Programs cannot be copied and expected to run...they will need to re-install them.

You could ALSO fool around with XP's Files and Settings Transfer Wizard but i recommend reading up on it ahead of time.
