Can somebody help PLEASE/

I am TYING to load the drivers for an mp3 PLAYER and keep getting the following error message:

The installshield engine(ikernel.exe)could not be install. The system cannot find the file specified.

I'v tried doing a google search for possible solutions but am going round in circles getting nowhere.
