Solve : Help printing only selected items from a PDF doc.? |
|
Answer» HELLO to all. I have been trying to print only selected text and icons/pictures from PDFs and not the background of the page as this is never plain and always has some embeded image and colours. After printing the PDFs i do not want any backgrounds just my chosen text/pictures on plain white paper. One thing i tried while in Adobe Reader was to access "layers" tab(view/navigation panel/layers)but the options are always greyed out and not selectable, i think this is because under the "security" tab "DOCUMENT assembly" is "not allowed". What i have been doing upto this point is just highlighting the text i want to print and copy/paste to "notepad", ARRANGE and then print. Long windin way and i only have the text from the PDFs and none of the pictures/icons. I have Microsoft WORD 2007 installed if using this in some way could do the trick, i didnt know. Any HELP on this most welcome, thanks. If you want to get pictures/images from a PDF into your other document for printing, you'll definitely need to use Word. As you've seen, Notepad won't do that. But, you can copy images from a PDF into Word. |
