i need help
i have a mp3 player of creative but occured an file system ERROR so i update the firmware but mistakely i update the wrong firmware i.e Sigma tech's
now the mp3 player won't turn on also
can anyone help me to run that mp3 player correctly
plz..............Am i GETTING this right? You upgraded your mp3 player with the wrong firmware and know it doesn't work?
If that is the case I think you need to EITHER turn it in for repairs at the SHOP you bought it at or contact Creative directly for a repair. near my place i tod to every person in the shop they don't even know abt what to do Your SOL...i think you'll be shopping for a new mp3 player.
Firmware upgrades are always a gamble...sometimes you lose since they are irreversible.For the ordinary user it might be irreversible but Creative should STILL be able to reflash it. So I would contact them.
