Solve : HELP!! Windows Vista not booting on MH45?

I have a Packard Bell MH45 and I can't seem to get windows to boot. The main purple 'Packard Bell Logo' screen starts but there is nothing after that... I just get a white dash in the top LEFT HAND corner blinking at me.

I have TRIED conventional METHODS (Alt+F10), but to no avail. It still gives me the same screen.


Can anyone HELP me please? It's URGENT as I need my laptop for work.
