Answer» The COMPUTER is a Pentium 4, 256 ram, windows xp pro. When we got the computer is was on it. I don't want it any more because i have norton. Also ever time i go to get on the computer an message popped up. saying "Could not itnalize AVG anti-virus kernel interface. Application cannot run." I went to delete Thu control panel and this popped and it won't delete. INSTALLER initialization failed due to following error: Error: Initialization of the language file "C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG7" failed. General failure.You will need to re-install it then un-install it using Add/Remove programs... I'll have to admit we've had a TON of people switching from Norton to AVG but you're the first thats GOING the other way...
