Answer» i am TRYING to install vb.net 2003 onto my pc (amd4200 dual core - 2gb ram running on xp) when i try to install i get an error message stating that - set has determined that ANOTHER program requires the computer to reboot and to ATTEMP the install later after rebooting. i reboot but when i attempt to install again i get the same message. can ant one help on this please?"...set has determined that another program requires the computer to reboot ..."
