Answer» I need some help. My Microsoft Word is not working properly anymore and I don't know what is causing the problems. I've been looking on my mom's computer trying to compare the settings and I must be overlooking something somewhere because I haven't figures out what the difference is. PROBLEM- Every time I OPEN up Microsoft Word on my computer it has a plain dark blue background. How can I get it to come back up in white and black typing(text)? I've tried so many things and not having any luck. Not sure if something is MARKED somewhere in my settings and not sure where to look for what is marked that could be causing this? Thanks, Amy Re-install Office.Tools->OPTIONS, General Tab. Second checkbox down, on the left. "Blue background, white text". uncheck it. Thank you very much. That seems to be what the problem was. Also, was wondering is there a way I can find out if everything ELSE is marked correctly that needs to be marked under each section? Thanks, Amy
