Install the chipset driver. Reboot. Install the audio driver(s). Then install any drivers where there are still exclamation marks in device manager.Now with the ones that say windows.. Will downloading these fix that also. Are they connected? Finally got realtek downloaded and the chipset driver. Still in yellow. I dont know what we are missing. Do we need the LAN driver? Or any others.

Here is a list of errors from system information. These are the things that are having the problems. HELP PLZ... I didn't ask about system information. I asked about device manager.We called Microsoft. There are three drivers in the list I posted that shouldnt be there. The guy said meaning those are the viruses hidden in the drivers. He said we have to do a full wipe on it because trying to actually find them would take a long time. And yes. We were looking in device manager. All those listed were in yellow.
