Solve : Hi Guys! OUT 2000 problem?

I am using XP OS with Outlook 2000. The work station is in network with server 2003.
When I click open my outlook I get an error of Window installer which
has to be clicked 6-7 times to STOP it.

The error says: Installed product does not match the installation source(s). Untill a MATCHING source is provided or the installed PRODUCTS and source are synchronised; this action cannot be performed

And then gets stucks in Use source:
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\{95922645-C64F-4AC3-BF29-4E4C2190CD85}

Please help.

Did it ever work right / where was it installed from / tried uninstalling and reinstalling / do you have admin RIGHTS?
