please can anyone help before i go insane!!
I have an old computer box and have tried to install a usb for a MOBILE phone memory card reader on doing this i got a message saying "The USB Mass storage device will work at low speed need to install a Hi-Speed USB Host Controller" so i have bought a'HI SPEED USB 2.0' but i am confronted with the same messege as before. can anyone help pleeeeaaasee!!! Uhh what exactly did you buy?
If you bought an USB hub (an external box that you connect to one of your existing USB PORTS) then it will still only RUN at the old USB 1 speed since the USB port in your computer is an USB 1 port.
