(Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. -- I am trying to sort out all my drivers, and this is UPON ONE of the few that has an issue. It has come BACK with a Code 10, saying the device cannot start. I don't know what to do, any help?More info NEEDED. Is this a clean build? What OS Version? What Audio Chip? ( if onboard audio, what motherboard is it ) ( If its an issue with Audio through video cards HDMI etc, then what Video Card? )Code 10 is hardware failure....you should keep all this info in your ORIGINAL Post...
