Answer» Hey Guys I have noticed a thin HORIZONTAL line going across the center of my Laptop screen lately. It is a Toschiba that is a year old. it seems to be intermittend. I have never ran across this before, any ideas? ThanksI have an idea. Running windows xp. It seemed to start after downloading a word program, I think it was called G4 or something. I removed that SOFTWARE and did a restart and the line was gone. Now two days later it is back. It appears on this forum to be a thin black line dead center of the screen running horizontaley. Thankscould be dead transistors in panel. Is warranty expired?
