there are many way to create personal journal to register your thinking. using paper and pen, type them on your computer, record your voice in sound recorder or maybe record your video.
I WANT to make my personal journal in video mode via my WEBCAM, which software can do it for me?

If you want to record your video SITTING in-front of your web cam then there is no need to INSTALL any other software. In case you have external web cam then you must have web cam drivers and software installed on your system. After that open cam and find video recording button or in case you are using built in cam then your web cam drivers are already installed with your system, so that just open web cam from control panel and start recording video.I guess you could USE evernote (evernote.com) and create a journal with videos only in your notebook.
