Solve : How can I recover a file deleted from a USB flash drive?? |

Answer» I was wondering if it is possible to recover a file that was deleted from a USB flash drive. A few DAYS ago, I carelessly deleted a microsoft word document from my Sandisk flash drive because I thought I didn't need it anymore. However, I realized I still needed the document but it was too LATE. I searched the web for undelete programs to recover my deleted document, but all the programs I used failed to recover the file. Interestingly, the programs recovered FILES that I deleted months ago, yet it did not find my document that I deleted just days ago. So now I am out of ideas and really desperate right now. Is there any way I can recover my file, or is it just impossible? Don't write to the USB disk anymore and google, download and install "PC Inspector". I installed and ran PC inspector, and it recovered files I deleted a few weeks ago but it didn't recover any files I deleted a few days ago. Do you know why the program won't recover RECENTLY deleted files?If the recycle bin is global (same setting for all drives) it might be in there. Also check in the hidden RECYCLED folder. No, I can't tell. I'm guessing you didn't configure PC inspector properly, I find it to be quite a difficult tool but I know it is capable of recovering any file that you deleted under Windows OS. Try rerunning the scan for deleted files and try some of the other options too.
