Solve : how do i download the latest framework??

I know i can get it here but at my dads house he doesn't have internet and i need (dont know which version) to run a program I am trying to install there. I have a flash drive i can take it over on but where do i download it from?.NET Framework? What version do you need?

Version 1.1If you don't know which version or even what framework you need, how do you know you need to install a framework?when i try installing the program it POPS up an error that says it but i dont remember which version it said. it just asked would you LIKE to download it now and of course having no internet access there, i couldn't. No I don't BELIEVE it will.okay i downloaded all three of them. thanks.The .net frameworks are not cumulative as the Service pacs are...each one is independent of the other just so you know...
