Solve : How Do I ? expand the menu in Word..?

Hello and thank you for looking at my thread.

I want to expand the menu items in the File, Edit, View menu so on.
When I go into these taskbars I only get the short list of items to select from and frankly it drives me NUTS!!!!

I dont use these THINGS ENOUGH for them to be a nuisance or get in the way, so I want them all fully expanded when I select them, instead of having to hover over the arrow and wait for them to appear.
Can SOMEONE direct me as to how this might be DONE please?

In any Office application (Word, Excel, etc) RIGHT click on any toolbar and choose Customize.

Click the Options tab

Put a check in the box for "Always show full menus"

Click Close

That should do 'er...Thank you GlitchPC , that was exactly what I wanted.
That worked well. Now I know how to do that, I can turn it off or on as I want.
