Solve : How do you do this in MS Word??

I emailed this script as an inline TEXT attachment to a friend.
After a few DAYS, this friend gave some comments.
Can ANYONE look at the pic below and tell me how this is done?



How do you put that blue thing in MS Word? Does it have to be done in later versions of Word?

         It is just a 'comment' in MS Word. Highlight some part of the text, go 'Insert' menu and click 'Comment'. It adds a balloon with Your user name so You can add/edit text in it.
