I have a Dell.  I use Windows XP.  I have on my add/remove programs list the following programs:  Acrobat.com, Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX, Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin, Adobe Flash Player 9 ActiveX, Adobe Reader, Adobe Shockwave Player, and Adobe Shockwave Player 11.  I am trying to delete and remove all unneccessary programs after having taken my tower into a repair shop.  They added a whole bunch of junk that I didn't want.Download HijackThis:

Install, and run it.

Click Config... button.
Click Misc Tools button.
Click Open Uninstall Manager... button.
Click Save list... button.
Click Save.
The list will be saved as uninstall_list.txt in C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis folder.
At the same time, Notepad will open with the list displayed.

Adobe Reader 9 - I recommend, you unistall Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a resource hog, and install FoxIt Reader: http://www.filehippo.com/download_foxit/, which is much smaller, and faster. It does very same thing.
