Can anyone tell me how to do this? You need software to do it, not sure of free stuff but have a search, commerically, I think http://www.dvdvideoconverter.com/vob/ does it and Nero.Just a note, the video file is .VOB. All the SUBTITLE, track titles, chapters, ect, are in the .IFO file. In other words, you WOULD want to convert the .VOB to ANOTHER format, such as .AVI, which can be processed in Windows Movie Maker. On a second note, you can play the .VOB file with VLC Media Player.A VOB file is actually an MPEG-2 file. Change the extension to .mpg
